Method and Terms of Payment
We will invoice recognized school and library addresses, but require that you pay in advance for orders being shipped to a home address.
We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA and purchase orders.
Purchase Orders
We honor purchase orders from public schools and other recognized educational institutions and libraries. Terms for purchase order payments are Net 30 Days. If approval of payment takes longer at your school, please call first so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Pricing
Prices in this catalog are guaranteed through Summer 2008.
Shipping & Handling
A 10% shipping and handling charge is added to all orders—$5.00 minimum charge per order.
Shipments in the U.S.
Orders are shipped via standard UPS Ground service to anywhere in the continental U.S. within 24 hours from the date they are received, unless item is back ordered or out of stock.
The F.A.S.T. Learning Guarantee
All F.A.S.T. materials are backed by our 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the materials in resalable condition for an exchange or full refund. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
Return Policy
You may return any item for any reason for an exchange, credit, or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Before you ship a return, please call 800-325-3278 (FAST) for a preauthorization number. We cannot accept any returns without this number, nor can we accept letter sets that have been broken apart or items that are not in resalable condition.
Any returns beyond the initial 14-day "free" period are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. No exceptions. We cannot offer any refunds beyond 60 days of purchase.
