Return Policy
You may return any item for any reason for a full exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days of receipt. Before you ship a return, please call 800-325-3278 (FAST) for preauthorization. We cannot accept returns without an authorization number, nor can we accept letter sets that have been broken apart. All returns beyond the initial "free" period are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. No exceptions. We cannot offer refunds beyond 60 days of purchase.
To return items, you must ship them by UPS or Federal Express so that they can be traced if lost or damaged during shipping. You pay the shipping charges. The items you return must be received in salable condition and be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Returned items that are not in salable condition are not credited.
